How do I restore my own added matrix items (empty lines) from an Omnis backup?

Your own added matrix items (empty lines) are restored in the same way as your client backup is restored.  So from the Demographics panel, select Restore from the Backup and Restore menu:

Then browse to where your client backup is saved, and select the elxxx.db3_backup file and click on open.
