- Inside Demographics, click the Patient Data (Load New or Previous Patient) button
- Scroll through the list and select the name of the patient by clicking on it or alternatively you may search for the client using the "Search for past Patient" button.
- Click on the Previous Patient button
- Click Yes twice on the two questions that come up
- The Patient data is now loaded in the Demographics panel
