One of the reasons for getting this message could be that the Software does not recognize the Serial Number of your device.
The Serial Number of your device is stored in two places: on a label on the device and inside the device in a chip. When those two serial numbers don’t match you get this message at the activation process. If this message appears, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Another reason could be that your device has not been registered under your name. To check whether this device is registered under your account or not, please log into your QXSUBSPACE.COM account.
Please click on 'Devices' under 'My Account'. If you do not see your Serial Number in the list, please add it by clicking on the ‘Assign a new device to your account' button. Enter all relevant information and then send the request. One of our Administrators will review your request and contact you soon.
