How to connect the serial Scio to a computer that does not have a Serial port.

Newer computers usually do not have serial connection ports, however most has USB ports.

A Serial to USB converter cable works most current computers with windows 10 and Windows 11.

We recommend that you get a Serial to USB converter cable that has a prolific chip set.  These cables are called RS-232 cables.  Make sure to get one that is compatible with Windows 10 or 11.
