- Make sure that the computer is connected to the internet properly,
- Open the Windows Update panel,
- The easiest way to find this panel is to type ‘Update’ in the Windows Search on the Start Menu – it will give you the option even if the Windows is not set to English,
- Click on the Advanced options,
- Please make sure that the ‘Receive updates for other Microsoft products when I update Windows’ is turned on,
- Then select Optional updates and open the software as well as driver tabs. Make sure to download and install all the updates listed there,
- Go back to the main panel with the back button, and click on the ‘Check for updates',
- Repeat this a couple of times to ensure that all available updates has installed.
